It is not really related to Joker at all, but in 2019 some Indian fan-made videos about Joker went viral, and a remix of Dernière Danse was in the background of those videos. Since then, many people around India/Bangladesh/Indonesia have associated the song with the Joker film, and many even call it the “Joker song”.
