【How-to】Is 95 fahrenheit hot or cold

For temperature lower than 0 degrees with any humidity, I would call it freezing. For humidity from 30 to 50, from 1–5, I would call it cold, 5 to 10 degrees, I would call it chilly. 11–16 is cool, and 17–27 is warm. I would call 28+ degrees hot.
