You may need to force quit the Fitbit app. From your mobile device, head to Settings>Apps>See all apps>Fitbit>Force Stop. Try turning Bluetooth off and on again. From your mobile device, head to Settings>Bluetooth, then turn the Bluetooth toggle off then on.
