Senior Member. Yes, it´ll work, just flash nougat miui to prevent other stuffs and reboot inmediately to twrp, flash Magisk, format data and it´s needed anti-bootloop (I´m not sure if it does) through twrp, don´t forget to enable USB debugging and OEM unlock just in case.
