The general rule is – one reheat after cooking. So the fact that you thawed it before cooking is not relevant. You can cook it and eat it, cook it and freeze it again or cook it, let it cool then reheat it. One you’ve reheated it once, you shouldn’t reheat it a second time – that CAN lead to food poisoning.
