Jason Mathis said he believed Anthony “Fat Tone” Watkins killed a San Francisco Bay Area rapper, Andre “Mac Dre” Hicks, in Kansas City in November 2004. Mathis was booked Thursday into the Clark County Detention Center on two counts of murder. He is also accused of killing Watkins’ friend, Jermaine Akins.
