Sure. Anything an average person can pick up with one hand can be thrown, generally. A brick, a bottle, a pack of cotton swabs, a kitten… you get the idea. Whether a Ka-Bar knife (I’m assuming you’re thinking of the classic US Marines combat knife) would be a reasonably effective ranged weapon if thrown.
