If you’d like to subscribe to Sky Go but you do not happen to have a Sky subscription, you’re in luck! Sky has a Sky Go monthly ticket option available that will allow you to watch Sky Go without needing to subscribe to SkyTV.

How much is a Sky Go account?

How can I watch Sky Go? Sky Go is free for Sky TV subscribers, so as long as you subscribe to Sky, you have access to it. You can watch Sky Go on up to two compatible devices, such as mobiles, tablets and computers. All you need to do is register them on Sky, and you’re good to go.

Can I share my Sky Go account?

Once you have one primary account, you can register up to nine additional accounts for other members of your family, using the same process. All of the accounts are tied together and the device limit is your account, not per Sky iD anymore (you used to be able to add up to 20 devices by creating 10 Sky iDs).

How many devices can you register on Sky Go? You can add up to six devices and any new device will be automatically added once you’ve signed into the Sky Go app with your Sky iD.

How do I find out my Sky Go password?

Sky iD lets you sign in to all Sky’s online services. It consists of your email address (or username for accounts created before 9 June 2016) and a password. > Create a Sky iD now – you’ll need your account number, viewing card number or the last 6 digits of the bank account number used to pay for Sky.

How do I download my Sky app?

Follow this link to go to the Sky iD sign in screen. Then click the Forgotten Username link. Choose to have an email reminder sent to the email address you gave us when you signed up or choose to use your Sky household account details to verify your account and immediately view your username on screen.

Why can’t I log into my Sky account?

Tap Account.
Sign into Google/Facebook.
Tap Link Account, a prompt will ask if you want to Recover Sky Account. Select Abandon.
Your saved progress will load.

Why won’t Sky Go work on my phone?

The Sky Go app is available on a host of different platforms, including iOS and Android devices, desktop for Mac and PC, and even Xbox One and PS4 game consoles. You can expect it to be available on Xbox Series X and PS5 when they launch later this year too.

Can you watch Sky Go online without the app?

Android Users:

You can usually clear an app’s cache and data through your phone’s Settings app. Once you’ve cleared the app’s cache/data, launch Sky Go again. If the above hasn’t helped, try uninstalling and re-installing the Sky Go app.
