How do I create an Osmo account?
Visit to create your myOsmo account. You can do this on either your computer, phone, or tablet. Accounts are tied to an email and are limited to one per email. Note that myOsmo passwords need to contain at least 8 characters and no more than 40 characters.
Can you have more than one profile on Osmo?
To play Osmo with multiple users, you will first need to register for a myOsmo account at my.playosmo.com. You can then add multiple profiles for users under your account. There is no limit on the number of profiles that can be added under one account.
How do I delete my Osmo profile?
You can delete profiles at your myOsmo page (). After you log in, click ‘myProfiles’ on top of the page, then select the profiles you wish to delete and click ‘Delete’.
Can you share Osmo?
To share one of your Words albums with other people, log into myOsmo in any browser on your iPad, open the album you want to share, click on the gear icon in the top right corner, and select ‘Share’. You will then be given a link that you can email anyone who needs to access your album.
How do I cancel my Osmo trial?
Click on menu, then go to “Subscriptions”. Choose the Osmo Parent subscription you wish to cancel and tap on the “Cancel Subscription” option.
