Air has pressure, it can fill a balloon, vacuum does not. Air has mostly nitrogen, around 20% oxygen, a little water vapor, carbon dioxide, good enough to breathe. Vacuum has nothing to speak of. Air is a combination of gases, a vacuum is the absence of gases.
