It’s safe to assume Punk knew what Tom from Funkytown was getting at, but no, it’s not a hint or tease that Punk is entering the Royal Rumble. For those unaware, Punk already has a number 13 in a spider web tattooed on his neck.

Punk answered a (loaded) question and gave a reasonable answer, and he obviously could enter the 2021 Royal Rumble match… but a tease of that appearance? This ain’t it, chief.
